Congratulations Spencer!

Remember the "Together We Can" PTA Reflections photography project Spencer did wayyyy back in October?  Here's the original write-up. His project won in the Intermediate Division (3-5) for Harding Avenue Elementary and then we just found out he won at the District Level too!  The Parkway District includes Carroll County, Floyd County, Galax City, Giles County, Grayson County, Montgomery County, Patrick County, Pulaski County and Radford City. Not too shabby, that's a lot of schools, a lot of kids.
